Are you ready for a relationship? - 30 (East Bay)
Friday, July 3, 2009 I thought I would take a change and see what becomes of this. I have looked at some of the men's add and it appears most of you are just looking to hook up. I am not. I have been single almost 2 years and am ready for a relationship. I am much more comfortable in a relationship. I liked being married, however I am not looking to do it again any time soon. I would like someone in my life, a companion, my best friend, lover and someone to share the stresses of life with.
It seems pretty common for most men to have issues with their baby's mother; she wants him back or custody issues. Those are things I do not want to be involved in. The dui thing seems to be common as well. Dude has to have a car and a license if he lives more then 30 mins away. I am not going to be the only one putting forth the effort and driving all over just to see him. With that being said, I would really like man who has time to commit to a relationship, is both emotionally and financially secure (that might not be ever, but at least have a job), has their own transportation, is family oriented, open minded, very affectionate and who also knows what he wants. I work, have my own place, and support my children. I feel I have my life together for the most part. I expect the same of you.
