One of the high level connectors is broken off (see pic), but it looks as if there's enough thread to make a connection. If you have a receiver/amp with a sub output, then it would not matter as you'd use the single sub connector instead.
There are 4 tabs for the cover and one of them is broken off. It still fastens securely and stays on and does NOT rattle even when the sub is turned up. The sub is heavy. Even when turned up very loud, there's no pounding sensation when you put your hand on the cabinet.
But other than that, it works great and is very powerful.
